By the end of 2005, everyone qualifies for one free credit report from each of the three US credit reporting agencies--Experian, Equifax, and Trans Union.
Currently, if you live in Maryland, Georgia, Massachusetts, Vermont, the West or Midwest part of the US, get your free credit report from any of the three credit bureaus. Go to www.AnnualCreditReport.com or phone 1-877-322-8228.
You can not get your credit score free. Don't bother to pay extra for your credit scores; the ones sold to you are not the same scores real estate lenders get.
